Ajna Living Warranty Policy
At Ajna Living, we have taken great care in developing a high quality product that can stand up to the outdoors. That said, proper care and maintenance is absolutely required to ensure longevity of your furniture. Simple, routine cleanings are critical in the prevention of mold and mildew. Additionally, we advise that you cover your furniture when it is not in use and store it in a dry place during the off-season. Wicker, by nature, is susceptible to damage in high-moisture environments, so extra care is required if your furniture is placed on grass, near an indoor pool, or near the seaside. We offer a two-year limited warranty on all Ajna Wicker product lines. Our warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that cause furniture to be structurally unsound or substantially alter the appearance of our furniture.
Ajna Living, at its discretion, will repair or replace a part or an entire piece if deemed covered by the limited warranty and defective in material or workmanship.
Furniture styles may change over time. When possible, replacements and repairs will be done in the originally purchased color and style. If we no longer carry your style, we may offer a similar color or style or issue you a store credit for the damaged piece.
Any modifications made to the product by the customer, improper cleaning, or use of chemical treatments will invalidate the warranty.
The Ajna Living Warranty does not cover:
- Non-residential use
- Mold or mildew
- Normal wear and tear from regular use of furniture
- Damage caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
- Damage due to misuse or improper assembly
- Use of improper cleaning products or chemicals
- Damage due to vandalism, pets, or rodents
- Minor variations in color and texture of finishes
- Cushions, including flattening and compression
- Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.)
- Damage caused by exposure to heat or flame
- Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?
To start a claim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Claims Form. Once we receive a completed Claims Form with detailed photos of the issue, we will process your claim within two weeks and have a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our products are made to order so replacement parts can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
The Ajna Living Warranty applies only to our Ajna Wicker products that are purchased through our website. Products purchased on any other platforms are not subject to our warranty.
Products manufactured by Royal Teak, Sunset West, and Elementi are not subject to the Ajna Living Warranty and are eligible for coverage under their individual policies listed below.
We are happy to offer 30 day returns.
In the unlikely case that you don't love your furniture, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund less the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The furniture or items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on used items, customized items, or individual pieces that were purchased as part of a full set. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
Our wicker patio furniture sets are handwoven, and we think you'll love their beautiful design and craftsmanship. Please expect small variations in sets and set dimensions due to this manufacturing process.
All waterproof covers are final sale and are ineligible for returns.
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please refer to our Shipping FAQ.
We typically do not accept cancellations. If there was an error in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after ordering. If an order is unable to be cancelled for any reason or if the order is already being shipped, delivery must be completed before a return can be initiated and no cancellations can be made. For information on returns, see above.
Products listed as “final sale” or any order with a 10% or more discount are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason beyond shipping damage. All waterproof covers are final sale.
3rd Party Manufacturer Policies
We do not accept cancellations for any products from our 3rd party manufacturing partners. Original manufacturer return policies apply (below).
Royal Teak: Returns not accepted.
Sunset West: Returns not accepted.
Elementi: Returns not accepted.
For each of the above brands, upon delivery, please inspect both the outer boxes and furniture and have the delivery team note any damages, missing items, or incorrect items on your copy of the delivery receipt. In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please send a copy of this documentation along with detailed photos to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
The above manufacturers cannot be held responsible for shipping related damages or lost items if the delivery team is authorized to leave without noting these issues on your delivery receipt.
