HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For all orders over $2,000 we are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING! This applies to any combination of products, large or small and makes our full sets even more appealing as most fall into this category! Now you have even more of a reason to upgrade your outdoor space.

Orders above $1,000 but under $2,000 ship for a flat $95 fee - so if you’re close to that threshold you can add a rug or another accessory and save!

Orders $300-$1,000 ship for $75. 

Orders up to $299 ship for $10. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place an order with us, you’ll immediately be sent an order confirmation email. We generally ship all in-stock orders from our warehouse within 72hrs of receipt and sometimes even faster.

Orders of products over a certain size (all of our patio sectionals and most larger products!) ship via LTL freight. These freight carriers include FedEx Freight, YRC, Reddaway and others. Transit time to the west coast, northwest, southwest and central U.S. is generally 3-7 business days. To the northeast & southeast, transit times are generally 7-10 business days.

LTL shipments do require you or someone else to be present for delivery. Additionally, the freight company will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment so be on the lookout for a phone call!

We strive to ensure all orders ship complete, but in some cases including those with backorders or with products being fulfilled from different warehouses, there may be multiple deliveries. Please see the below for info on our shipping methods.

SHIPPING METHODS 

Front Door Delivery is our standard delivery service available throughout the contiguous U.S. for all orders shipped via freight (see above). Freight shipments are palletized and pretty big! But don’t worry, with Front Door Delivery, the freight carrier will unload the pallets from their truck and deliver them to your front door or garage, whichever is easier. Front Door Delivery does not include any unboxing, assembly or removal of packaging or pallets. That said, orders over $5,000 ship with FREE white glove delivery. If you would like white glove delivery for any other order please inquire with us at support@ajnaliving.com

Small Package Delivery applies to any order that can be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. Generally, accessory products, rugs and in some cases, individual chairs, are shipped via small package. In some cases, orders including a variety of products may have some shipped via small package and may arrive separately. Small package delivery costs are included in our general shipping charges.

White Glove Delivery is available for any freight order, and for orders over $5,000 is included free of charge. All orders shipped via our white glove service include removal of packaging and assembly or placement in the space or area of your choosing. Please note that white glove delivery can take 1-4 days longer than our standard service. MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Damages. Make sure to note any damage to boxes or the furniture upon receiving your shipment. Shipping related damage is rare but it does happen, and while we’ll always replace any component or piece that has been damaged in transit, it makes everything so much easier if you’re able to have the delivery agent note the damage on your delivery receipt and make sure they give you a copy. In the event there is damage, please make sure to send us this documentation along with any photos and we’ll take care of the rest! You can email those to support@ajnaliving.com

Remote Locations. Pretty sweet if you’re able to live on an island or on top of a mountain, but that certainly makes shipping large items like outdoor furniture harder and more expensive! In some cases, deliveries to remote locations may incur a delivery surcharge, even for orders in our “free shipping” realm. Think you might be in one of these places? Rush Deliveries. Having a party this weekend or an event on the following and need to ensure your order is delivered before then? Just let us know at support@ajnaliving.com and we’ll try our best to get your order to you before you need it. Please understand that rush deliveries may incur additional charges.

Deferred Deliveries. Not moving into that new house for a few months, but want to order a set to lock in that great sale price? We’re happy to hold your order for up to 60 days, free of charge. Just let us know and we’ll note the updated shipping time on your order. Need it held beyond 60 days? Please inquire with us at support@ajnaliving.com

Fulfillment & Transit Time. We strive to get all in-stock orders out within 72hrs, and most of the time, even faster. That said, we are only human and in some cases it may take us a little longer - particularly in peak patio season so please bear with us if your order seems to be taking a little longer than that to fulfill. Additionally, freight transit times are fairly accurate but do not account for inclement weather, mechanical issues, emergencies and the like. Thanks for your understanding!

WARRANTY

Our furniture is designed to last for years and years, but we know issues can arise – that’s why we offer a 3 YEAR WARRANTY on all of our products.

      What's Covered

      Our warranty offers full and complete coverage for life on all fabrics, frames, zippers, foot & riser components and woven materials against any and all instances of: manufacturing defect, sun damage and wear & tear not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental damage and issues arising for reasons other than previously listed are not covered under our warranty. Components not listed previously are covered under our 2-year limited warranty.

        How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

        Please email us at support@ajnaliving.com as soon as possible, with photos of the issue you’re having, your order number and a contact phone number. We’ll get back to you within one business day, and have a replacement out to you within one week.

        Warranty FAQ

        The Ajna Living Warranty applies only to full-priced or on-sale merchandise listed on our website and purchased online, in store or over the phone. Products purchased at close-out or at prices different than those on our website, or via other platforms, at full price or otherwise, are not subject to our warranty.

        Additionally, only products purchased after March 15th, 2019 are covered by our warranty. All purchases made prior to March 15th, 2019 are subject to our 2-year limited warranty.

        Products manufactured by other brands are not subject to our warranty and are only eligible for coverage under those manufacturers warranties. Please feel free to email us with any questions pertaining to warranties at support@ajnaliving.com

          RETURNS

          Nobody likes to have to make a return, but we understand things don’t always work out - which is why we offer 30 Day, No Hassle Returns. With large, bulky items sent via truck freight we understand the idea of a return can be daunting, but fear not! We’re here to make things easier.

          If you receive your furniture and absolutely don’t love it (even though we’re sure you will!), you have 30 days to return it for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping. You’ll just need to make sure the furniture or product is in brand new condition with all original packaging intact. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@ajnaliving.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.

          Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any customized products or items that have been used. A minimum 15% restocking fee may be assessed in the event a product is returned without all original packaging.

          For brands other than Ajna Living (Royal Teak, Elementi, Cane-Line, and all others) original manufacturer return policies, which may preclude returns or include restocking fees, apply. Any return involving these manufacturers MUST include all original packaging in brand new condition. If you have questions please feel free to ask.

          Any item that is deemed "special order" - ie, is made to order, shipped by a manufacturer from outside the US, or contains any special addition or change to it's original style is not eligible for a return. 

          We do our best to offer the best photography and insight into our products possible so that returns are unlikely - because if we’re being honest, they’re expensive for everyone involved!

          In the event your furniture or items are delivered with damage, PLEASE make sure to note any damage and have the delivery team note said damage on your delivery receipt. Items that are damaged in transit are only eligible for returns, exchanges or replacements if they have this documentation.

          CANCELLATIONS

          We know things come up, so if you need to cancel an order please contact us at support@ajnaliving.com as soon as possible so we can cancel your order free of charge. Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be canceled for free, however, and will incur a return shipping charge and potentially a restocking fee.

          We are unable to issue cancellations or refunds on pre-ordered products as these are considered "special order". "Pre-order products" apply to any product not yet in stock but due in on a select date, as well as any customized product or special order.

          FINAL SALE & DEEPLY DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

          Products listed as “final sale” or which are discounted beyond 20% of MSRP are not eligible to be cancelled or returned, or exchanged for any reason beyond shipping damage or manufacturing defect.
