The Milano Adjustable Chaise embodies clean lines and thoughtful angles with its box frame and striated rope design. Its rust free aluminum frame is expertly hand wrapped with premium all-weather olefin rope in a charcoal-grey, with adjustable backrest and plush 6" cushions for lounging in ultimate comfort.

We ship our products throughout the contiguous US only. We do not ship to Canada at this time.

Orders of products over a certain size (all of our patio sectionals and most larger products) ship via LTL freight. Transit time to the west coast is typically 3-7 business days and to the east coast is typically 7-10 business days.

The freight company will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment - please be on the lookout for a phone call. LTL shipments do require you or someone else to be present for delivery.

We strive to ship all orders in full, but in some cases including those with backorders or with products being fulfilled from different warehouses, there may be multiple deliveries. Please see below for information on our shipping methods.


Front Door Delivery is our standard delivery service available throughout the contiguous U.S. for all orders shipped via freight (see above). The freight carrier will unload the pallets from their truck and deliver them to your front door or garage - whichever is easier. Front Door Delivery does not include any unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging or pallets.

Small Package Delivery applies to any order that can be shipped via FedEx ground or UPS ground. Accessories like pillows and, in some cases, individual chairs are shipped via Small Package Delivery. Orders including a variety of products may ship using a combination of Front Door Delivery and Small Package Delivery and may arrive separately.

White Glove Delivery option is available for a fee, this service can be requested for freight orders of any value. All orders shipped via white glove service include removal of packaging, assembly, and placement in the area of your choosing. Please note that white glove delivery can take 2-4 days longer than our standard service. Fire pits are not eligible for white glove delivery.


Damages. Upon delivery, PLEASE inspect both the outer boxes and furniture and have the delivery team note any damages on your copy of the delivery receipt. In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please send a copy of this documentation along with detailed photos to within 5 days of receiving your order.

Ajna Living cannot be held responsible for shipping related damages or lost items if the delivery team is authorized to leave without noting these issues on your delivery receipt.

Incorrect Items. In the event that you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE make sure to take pictures of the outer box labels and the incorrect piece so we can identify what exactly was shipped to you. Incorrect items are only eligible for replacements if there is photo evidence available. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item please send photos of both the label and the incorrect piece to within 5 days of receiving your order.

Remote Locations. Deliveries to remote locations (ex: Martha's Vineyard; Nantucket; and Williston, North Dakota) like islands or mountains may incur a delivery surcharge even for orders that otherwise qualify for “free shipping." Please contact us at to confirm whether your location is a "remote location," otherwise our customer service team will reach out to you after your order is placed to confirm the additional shipping charges.

Deferred Deliveries. Not moving into that new house for a few months? We’re happy to hold your order for up to 60 days for a small storage fee. Please contact us at before placing your order and we'll note your requested shipping date on your order.

Fulfillment & Transit Time. Please refer to the product pages for product-specific information on order processing times. All Ajna Living sets, are made to order and have a 6-8 week lead time. Transit times are fairly accurate but do not account for inclement weather, mechanical issues, emergencies and the like. Thank you for understanding!

Ajna Living Warranty Policy

At Ajna Living, we have taken great care in developing a high quality product that can stand up to the outdoors. That said, proper care and maintenance is absolutely required to ensure longevity of your furniture. Simple, routine cleanings are critical in the prevention of mold and mildew. Additionally, we advise that you cover your furniture when it is not in use and store it in a dry place during the off-season. Wicker, by nature, is susceptible to damage in high-moisture environments, so extra care is required if your furniture is placed on grass, near an indoor pool, or near the seaside.  For more information about proper care, please see our Care Guide.

What's Covered:

We offer a two-year limited warranty on all Ajna Wicker product lines. Our warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that cause furniture to be structurally unsound or substantially alter the appearance of our furniture. 

Ajna Living, at its discretion, will repair or replace a part or an entire piece if deemed covered by the limited warranty and defective in material or workmanship.

Furniture styles may change over time. When possible, replacements and repairs will be done in the originally purchased color and style. If we no longer carry your style, we may offer a similar color or style or issue you a store credit for the damaged piece. 

Any modifications made to the product by the customer, improper cleaning, or use of chemical treatments will invalidate the warranty.

      The Ajna Living Warranty does not cover:

      • Non-residential use 
      • Mold or mildew
      • Normal wear and tear from regular use of furniture
      • Damage caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
      • Damage due to misuse or improper assembly
      • Use of improper cleaning products or chemicals
      • Damage due to vandalism, pets, or rodents 
      • Minor variations in color and texture of finishes 
      • Cushions, including fattening and compression
      • Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.) 
      • Damage caused by exposure to heat or flame 
      • Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures

        How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

        To start a claim, please email us at to obtain a Claims Form. Once we receive a completed Claims Form with detailed photos of the issue, we will process your claim within two weeks and have a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our products are made to order so replacement parts can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.

        Warranty FAQ

        The Ajna Living Warranty applies only to our Ajna Wicker products that are purchased through our website. Products purchased on any other platforms are not subject to our warranty.

        Products manufactured by Royal Teak, Sunset West, and Elementi are not subject to the Ajna Living Warranty and are eligible for coverage under their individual policies listed below.


          We are happy to offer 30 day returns.

          In the unlikely case that you don't love your furniture, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund less the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The furniture or items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on used items, customized items, or individual pieces that were purchased as part of a full set. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number.

          Our wicker patio furniture sets are handwoven, and we think you'll love their beautiful design and craftsmanship. Please expect small variations in sets and set dimensions due to this manufacturing process.

          All waterproof covers are final sale and are ineligible for returns.

          We typically do not accept cancellations.  If there was an error in your order, please contact us at as soon as possible after ordering.  If an order is unable to be cancelled for any reason or if the order is already being shipped, delivery must be completed before a return can be initiated and no cancellations can be made.  For information on returns, see above.

          Final Sale

          Products listed as “final sale” or any order with a 10% or more discount are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason beyond shipping damage. All waterproof covers are final sale.

          3rd Party Manufacturer Policies

          We do not accept cancellations for any products from our 3rd party manufacturing partners. Original manufacturer return policies apply (below).
