The Redondo Ottoman blends modern and industrial sensibly into one striking design, featuring a linear frame and plush 6" cushion. Crafted in powder coated aluminum in a hand-brushed Slate finish.

10 year residential, 2 year commercial warranty on frames. Powder Coat finish/Resin Wicker/ Rope 3 years residential, 2 year commercial warranty. 5 year Sunbrella warranty; 2 year cushion warranty.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Orders over $2,000 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. 

Orders between $1,000-$1,999 ship for $95.

Orders between $300-$999 ship for $75. 

Orders up to $299 ship for $10. 

 

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP?

We ship our products throughout the contiguous US only. We do not ship to Canada at this time.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please refer to the product pages for product-specific information on order processing times. All Ajna Living sets, including the Lux and Villa collection, are made to order and have a 6-8 week lead time.

Orders of products over a certain size (all of our patio sectionals and most larger products) ship via LTL freight. Transit time to the west coast is typically 3-7 business days and to the east coast is typically 7-10 business days.

The freight company will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment - please be on the lookout for a phone call. LTL shipments do require you or someone else to be present for delivery. 

We strive to ship all orders in full, but in some cases including those with backorders or with products being fulfilled from different warehouses, there may be multiple deliveries. Please see below for information on our shipping methods.

 

SHIPPING METHODS 

Front Door Delivery is our standard delivery service available throughout the contiguous U.S. for all orders shipped via freight (see above). The freight carrier will unload the pallets from their truck and deliver them to your front door or garage - whichever is easier. Front Door Delivery does not include any unboxing, assembly, or removal of packaging or pallets. 

Small Package Delivery applies to any order that can be shipped via FedEx ground or UPS ground. Accessories like rugs and, in some cases, individual chairs are shipped via Small Package Delivery. Orders including a variety of products may ship using a combination of Front Door Delivery and Small Package Delivery and may arrive separately. 

White Glove Delivery is included FREE of charge for any orders over $5,000. For a fee, this service can be requested for freight orders of any value. All orders shipped via white glove service include removal of packaging, assembly, and placement in the area of your choosing. Please note that white glove delivery can take 1-4 days longer than our standard service. 

 

MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Damages. In the event your furniture or items are delivered damaged, PLEASE make sure to have the delivery team note said damages on your delivery receipt and give you a copy. Items that are damaged in transit are only eligible for returns, exchanges or replacements if they have this documentation. In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged please send this documentation along with detailed photos to support@ajnaliving.com.

Remote Locations. Deliveries to remote locations like islands or mountains may incur a delivery surcharge even for orders that otherwise qualify for “free shipping." 

Deferred Deliveries. Not moving into that new house for a few months? We’re happy to hold your order for up to 60 days free of charge. Just let us know and we’ll note the updated shipping time on your order. Need it held beyond 60 days? Please inquire with us at support@ajnaliving.com.

Fulfillment & Transit Time. Please refer to the product pages for product-specific information on order processing times. All Ajna Living sets, including the Lux and Villa collection, are made to order and have a 6-8 week lead time. Transit times are fairly accurate but do not account for inclement weather, mechanical issues, emergencies and the like. Ajna Living - Lux and Villa Collections

We are happy to offer a 2 YEAR WARRANTY on all Ajna Living products.

      What's Covered

      Our warranty offers complete coverage on all fabrics, frames, zippers, foot & riser components, and woven materials. Our warranty does not cover cushions which we would be happy to replace for you at cost.

      Our warranty protects against any and all instances of: manufacturing defect, sun damage, and damages not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental damage, normal wear and tear from use of the furniture, and issues arising for reasons other than previously listed are not covered under our warranty. 

        How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

        To start a claim, please email us at support@ajnaliving.com with detailed photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days and have a replacement out to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our products are made to order so replacement parts can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.

        Warranty FAQ

        The Ajna Living Warranty applies only to merchandise listed on our website and purchased online, in store, or over the phone. Products purchased on any other platforms are not subject to our warranty.

        Products manufactured by other brands are not subject to the Ajna Living Warranty and are eligible for coverage under the manufacturers' warranties.

          Returns

          We are happy to offer 30 Day, No Hassle Returns.

          In the unlikely case that you don't love your furniture, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund less the cost of return shipping. The furniture or items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging intact. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed if a product is returned without all original packaging or if Ajna Living has to supply any return packaging to facilitate your return. We are unable to accept returns on used or customized items. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@ajnaliving.com with your order number.

          In the event your furniture or items are delivered damaged, PLEASE make sure to have the delivery team note said damages on your delivery receipt. Items that are damaged in transit are only eligible for returns, exchanges or replacements if they have this documentation.

          If your item somehow arrives defective, you have 30 days to initiate a replacement order. The furniture or items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging intact. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed if a product is returned without all original packaging or if Ajna Living has to supply any return packaging to facilitate your return.

          Cancellations

          We typically do not accept cancellations. If you need to cancel an order due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us at support@ajnaliving.com as soon as possible. Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be canceled and will incur a return shipping charge and restocking fee.

          Final Sale

          Products listed as “final sale” are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason beyond shipping damage or manufacturing defect.

           

          Other Brands (Royal Teak, Elementi, all others)

          We do not accept cancellations for any products from other brands.

          Original manufacturer return policies, which may not allow returns or include restocking fees, apply. Any return involving these manufacturers MUST be in brand new condition and include all original packaging.

          Royal Teak: Returns not accepted.
          Jaipur Living: Returns not accepted.
          Surya: Unused items accepted within 60 days. 15% restocking fee applies. Full Policy.
          Elaine Smith: 25% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges.
          Elementi: 15% restocking fee and return freight fee are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Please save original packaging and shipping materials. Product must be unused and in NEW condition.
          Portica: 
          Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return freight.
          Warranty -  Sunvilla Limited Warranty warrants Portica and Paula Deen branded products to the original retail buyer if the furniture frames or welds fail structurally within fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase. SunVilla will repair or replace the part/piece at our discretion. Replacement will be in the original color and style whenever possible, however equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product discontinuance. SunVilla warrants the powder coat finish for five (5) years from the date of purchase including blistering or peeling. Warranty period is three (3) years for the structural integrity of wicker, and one (1) year for cushions, fabrics, table tops, ground bumpers, bolts, washers, and umbrellas. This Limited Warranty applies to residential use only and does not apply to normal wear and tear or fading. If this product is used in a commercial application, please see commercial limited warranty for more details. Any motion products; including swivel, rocking, and glider, do not carry a warranty. SunVilla does not warrant against acts of nature such as freezing, wind damage, fires, or rain. In addition SunVilla will not be liable for any shipping charges to or from the distribution center on merchandise returned after twelve months from the date of purchase. SunVilla reserves the right to request that goods be returned to the distribution center for inspection or a picture to substantiate the claim. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
