Frame & Weave care

  • For normal, daily care, wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
  • To protect the finish, avoid the use of abrasive chemicals, harsh cleaners and rough cleaning pads or polishes.
  • Use a hose to clean heavy dirt & debris.

Cushion & Cover care

  • Periodically shake or brush cushions off to free them of dirt or foliage.
  • Rinse cushions with a hose to remove all soil and residue.
  • Spot clean light dirt by hand with sponge and mild soap.
  • For heavy stains & dirt, remove cushion covers, scrub & soak in warm, soapy water. Do not place in dryer.
  • Do not machine wash or use chlorine bleach.
  • Stand cushions on end and dry completely in the sun before using or storing. Do not place in dryer.
  • To prevent mildew, ensure the cushion is completely dry before storing.
  • Cover or store indoors when not in use for long periods of time or during inclement weather.

How Is The Furniture Delivered? 

Orders outside of the San Francisco Bay areas are shipped via FedEx Freight. For in-stock items, shipments are processed and leave our warehouse within one week. Transit time is 3-10 business days, depending on your location. West Coast shipments are generally delivered within 3-4 business days after shipping, and East Coast shipments are usually delivered within 7-10 business days after shipping. That said, we cannot guarantee delivery inside a specific time frame - weather, delays and other variables make timing unpredictable. Please contact us for any additional questions.

    How Much Is Shipping?

    FREE for orders above $2,000!* We offer free shipping for orders above $2,000 being delivered to most* locations within the contiguous United States. For orders below $2,000, shipping costs vary between $25-$95. Surcharges may apply for shipping to remote locations (islands, limited access, etc). Please contact us with any questions.

      Is There Assembly Needed?

      Our furniture comes ready to use right out of the box on delivery. Each piece is individually built, with the frames made of hand-welded powder-coated aluminum. Most of the Fermob furniture also requires no assembly, please see product descriptions for details.

        Can I Modify A Set or Build My Own Set?

        We can make certain modifications to sets depending on your needs. For example, we can do either The Icon or The New Standard without the club chair or the ottoman. We can also create a custom set based on your specific needs. Please contact us so that we may assist you and get you accurate pricing.


        Our furniture is designed to last for years and years, but we know issues can arise – that’s why we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of our products. 

          Lifetime Warranty FAQ

          The Ajna Living Lifetime Warranty applies only to full-priced or on-sale merchandise listed on our website and purchased online, in store or over the phone. Products purchased at close-out, or at prices different than those on our website, or via other platforms, at full price or otherwise, are not subject to our Lifetime Warranty.

          Additionally, only products purchased after March 15th, 2019 are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. All purchases made prior to March 15th, 2019 are subject to our 2-year Limited Warranty.

          The Lifetime Warranty covers all products under the Ajna Living brand, including, but not limited to: The New Standard - 7 Piece Patio Sectional, The Icon - 4 Piece Sofa Set, The Estate - 6 Piece Conversation Set, The Grand - 10 Piece Patio Set, The Chaise Lounge, Waterproof Covers and any other product directly advertised under our label.

          Products manufactured by other brands are not subject to our Lifetime Warranty and are only eligible for coverage under those manufacturers warranties.

            What's Covered

            Our Lifetime Warranty offers full and complete coverage for life on all fabrics, frames, zippers, foot & riser components and woven materials against any and all instances of: manufacturing defect, sun damage and wear & tear not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental damage and issues arising for reasons other than previously listed are not covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Components not listed previously are covered under our 2-year Limited Warranty.

              How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

              Please email us at support@ajnaliving.com as soon as possible, with photos of the issue you’re having, your order number and a contact phone number. We’ll get back to you within one business day, and have a replacement out to you within one week.


                We offer Free Returns on ALL merchandise listed on our website and purchased online, in store or over the phone. Products purchased according to our policy may be returned for free within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is in brand new condition and with all original packaging. Products purchased at close-out, or at prices different than those listed on our website, or via other platforms, full price or otherwise, are not subject to our Free Return Policy.

                  Lifetime Warranty FAQ

                  Any product in used or slightly used condition is not eligible for a Free Return. In the event you’d like to make a return, please contact us ASAP (and within the 7 day window) at support@ajnaliving.com with your order number and contact info, and you will receive a response within one business day. As long as the return claim has been made within the 7 day period and all other requirements are satisfied, you are eligible for a Free Return.

                    Managing the Return

                    In the event you wish to make a return, either Ajna Living or a trusted third party agency will arrive at your home and take it away, and your refund will be processed within 5 business days. All components, parts, packaging, labels and any and all other items included inside or outside of boxes must be included for the Free Return to be eligible. We suggest being present for the repackaging (or at least the pickup) to ensure that all requirements are met.  

                    In the event that eligibility is affected either by loss of components or parts, a portion of the product returned in not-brand-new condition or for any other reason listed above, Ajna Living reserves the right to void the Free Return and additional costs or fees may be added.
